Mitch Wolfe

Over 30 years of experience advising most of the major Canadian banks, life companies and pension funds regarding corporate and real estate finance in both the United States and in Canada.

Founder and Managing Director of Regent Street Capital, where he advises American, Canadian and European private equity groups, private credit funds and BDCs to acquire new companies and/or financing for lower and middle market companies. Mitch is also a Strategic Advisor at New York-based Prospect Capital Management.

Has considerable experience in advising growth-oriented private American and Canadian companies in terms of both capital-raising, innovative debt financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Earlier in his career he has financed numerous Canadian and American television series, films, and documentaries, and served on the board of directors at Lionsgate Entertainment.

Spent many years organizing and managing political campaigns in the United States and Canada, building deep experience in public affairs and strategic communications.

Mitch is also an established political analyst, writer, and social commentator, with bylines in the Toronto Sun, Huffington Post, The Rebel Media, Canada Free Press, and iPolitics.

Graduate of Harvard University and received a Juris Doctor from the Henry N. R. Jackman Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto.
