Ancoris Capital Partners Advises Aledia on a €20 million Follow-on Equity Financing

Ancoris Capital Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Aledia on its €20 million follow-on equity financing completed with undisclosed parties. This financing represents the second transaction that Ancoris has completed for Aledia in the last several months and complements the €80 million raise completed with Société de Projet Industriel (“SPI”), Intel Capital and other existing investors in October 2020.
