Investment
Ancoris successfully raised Convertible Preferred Equity with SUEZ as the lead investor. SUEZ is a France-based company and industry leader in circular solutions for the water and waste sectors. SUEZ and Airex, concurrent with the financing, formed a strategic partnership.
Ancoris also brought several Canada-based financial investors into the Series D financing, including Cycle Capital, Fonds de Solidarite FTQ, and Investissement Quebec.
