Over 40 years of experience in the semiconductor and technology industry, including more than 30 years in senior leadership.
Founder & CEO of Silicon Mobility (acquired by Intel, 2024) and Chairman & CEO of Scaleo chip. Deep expertise in the automotive semiconductor sector, having led companies developing safe, secured and real-time control solutions for electric and software-defined vehicles, delivering IC and software solutions to major automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide.
Led several financial exits and raised over $120 million across equity, debt, and convertible financing, MBO/LBO transactions, and government funding programs.
Board experience includes independent director roles at Secure-IC (acquired by Cadence Design Systems, 2025) and Krono-Safe (acquired by Safran, 2023), alongside board membership at Silicon Mobility and TAK Imaging (acquired by InSilica, 2007).
Extensive experience scaling deep-tech and semiconductor companies internationally, having built and led teams across Silicon Valley, Europe, and Asia, and structuring strategic partnerships, M&A, and complex financings.
Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Centrale d’Electronique (Paris). Co-holder of six patents.
