Enerkem raised C$40 million in a highly structured Convertible Note security from BlackRock and Avenue Capital Group. The investment from Avenue and BlackRock helped to accelerate Enerkem’s growth by supporting the execution of its current projects and allowed Enerkem to advance its deep project pipeline with its global partners.
Ancoris worked with Enerkem to navigate the market challenges onset by COVID-19 to close the transaction efficiently and expeditiously.
