Ancoris raised over $45 million in equity capital to enable GSS to complete a corporate carve out from AlixPartners. Cynosure led the financing as a value-add partner with extensive experience in the financial services industry. MUFG, in addition to its investment, also formed a valuable strategic partnership with GSS.
